Mecum Auction held its Kansas City Auction, Spring 2010 on April 9-10 at Kansas City Convention Center/Bartle Hall, with total gross sales (excluding buyer’s premium) of $6.375 million and a 62% sale rate.
“Total gross sales for the two-day auction, excluding buyer’s premium, was $6,375,000, which nearly tripled the dollar value from our previous Spring Kansas City Auction,” said President Dana Mecum. “The Bartle Hall venue continues to be a great location, and when combined with our live television program ‘Mecum Auto Auction: Muscle Cars & More,’ we were able to draw a very strong crowd to the event.”
