In a tiny village of 100 houses in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium, lives a man grinning from ear to ear. After 15 years of dreaming about a little car, the searching and hunting and yearning is over.
In 1998, Iwan D. spotted a photograph of a special-bodied Panhard in a book on European sports cars. It was a car that totally captivated his imagination. The car was an early 1950s one-off Nardi with stylish aluminum coachwork by Pietro Frua and a zippy Panhard power maker. This was the car for Iwan, but there was just one small problem. No one in his tiny village knew anything at all about Panhard, or Frua, or Nardi, or this very special car.
