The 8th Traversée de Paris will be held on August 8. Organized by the Vincennes en Anciennes, this special event will see some 700 vehicles—the oldest being over 112 years and the most recent 30 years old—making a 30-kilometer tour through the streets of Paris. Starting in the Esplanade du Château de Vincennes at 8 a.m., the procession will wind its way through Bastille, République, Montmartre, Opéra, Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Grand Palais, Invalides and conclude on the terrace of the Meudon Observatory, a green space that provides a stunning view of the capital (and of the cars).
