Following its successful inaugural Concours d’Elegance, Heveningham Hall has announced that next year’s event will be held on July 8-9, 2017, alongside its annual Country Fair. There will also be a brand-new associated event held on July 7: the Suffolk Border Tour, with a number of the concours cars taking to the road in a magnificent display.
The concours is set to feature around 50 prominent pre- and post-war cars. Already confirmed is a selection of Ferraris and McLarens, with many more groundbreaking cars from different eras set to join them at a concours with a difference.
The Suffolk Border Tour will take place before the concours on Friday, with participating cars completing a 50-mile route around Suffolk, stopping for a “hillbilly barbecue” lunch, before returning to Heveningham for a black-tie dinner to kick off the weekend.
Details of the Tour’s itinerary will be published shortly.
