eaulieu’s much-loved Spring Autojumble will return on Saturday and Sunday May 13-14, with a staggering range of motoring miscellany spread across more than 1,000 display stands. Emerging from a winter spent tinkering in the garage, classic car enthusiasts from across Europe will head to the grounds of the UK’s National Motor Museum to snap up elusive spares and sell surplus parts for their precious machines.
Whether or not one is searching for body panels, mechanical parts, trim or service items for a classic car or looking for automobilia, motoring literature and model cars, the Spring Autojumble offers an excellent opportunity for bargains.
A sure-fire hit with showgoers will be MoggyFest and Friends, a special display by the Dorset Branch of the Morris Minor Owners Club, celebrating this iconic British car (above) with more than 100 diverse examples of the legendary Morris Minor.
That is but one of Autojumble’s attractions, as with up to 100 classic vehicles offered for sale, the Automart in the Beaulieu Events Arena is also a place for would-be owners to browse and inspect all manner of tempting machines. Even greater variety is available at Dealermart, where auto traders offer a selection of classics for sale.
On Sunday the 14th, everything and anything Land Rover can be bought and sold in Beaulieu’s Land Rover Rummage, a section of the show devoted to spare parts and accessories for Britain’s favorite 4X4.
Spring Autojumble event tickets include access to all of the Beaulieu attraction, including the National Motor Museum and its collection of more than 250 vehicles, the 13th century Beaulieu Abbey, Palace House — which has been home to the Montagu family since 1538 — and its stunning grounds and gardens.
