With that said, the listing price is roughly in line with other C3 race cars with comparable history. SCD estimates that an $125,000 offer would get it done in this current environment.

Seller Comments: “Basically, this car is a 1965 B Production Coupe that has been raced on the West Coast for the last 15 years at least. I have 3 log books for this car going back to 1993 with over 70 events listed. I’ve raced it for the last three years +/- and have had a blast with it!
Without going into great historical detail, this car has participated in most every race event and track on the West Coast: Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca (5 times), Wine Country Classics at Infineon Raceway (Sears Point) (7 times), Portland, Washington, Las Vegas, Coronado Island, Palm Springs, Los Angeles Grand Prix, Thunderhill, Willow Springs, Reno and Phoenix. Maybe it’s the pretty Blue/Black color, but for some reason this car seems to get photographed quite frequently and has been chosen to be on event program covers, and also tends to get invited to participate in special events/activities.
The car is absolutely “Race Ready”, fully sorted and needs nothing to be safe and dependable on the track. Many racers know that “Race Ready” can mean just about anything and is always open to interpretation, but this car truly is ready for the upcoming racing season! The only thing I would do is install a fresh set of tires, which typically aren’t purchased and installed until you are just about ready for an event anyway. The existing tires will do fine for practice sessions and testing.”
