Congratulations on another great event. I’ve been attending your events for over 20 years, and am always impressed at your continuous improvements in the areas where needed. Food and places to seat while eating have greatly improved during the last few years. Thanks for that. The buses are another nice improvement. One place , whicch you are unlikely to know about, that could use attention, is that the lighting when leaving late from the valet parking. As one turns North/left after leaving the valet parking , the floodlights from the lots on the Northeast are shining right in the drivers eyes, and make viewing the road very dificult . And, as there are indeed a number of rather sharp turns on this exit road, which itself is not well lit, it is very dangerous. It would be a shame to have a tragedy while leaving your great event. I’m sure the lighting could be adjusted to make this a safer exit, and, somehow, I’m sure you will handle this in your usual professonal way. Thanks!!
P.S. Wasn’t at your first event, but, if it was indeed in 1971, is the 2012 event not actually your 41st event, but your 42nd event?? Just a thought.
Keep up the good work! Mike Doyle Peoria Ill
B-J styles this as the “41st Anniversary”, not the 41st annual.
The second event is the first anniversary, so the 42nd event marks the 41st anniversary. It’s a strange way of highlighting B-J’s longevity which undercuts the number of events by one, but that’s the way they do it.
