The 10th annual Brits on the Lake Classic Motoring Revival will once again showcase British cars and bikes on August 19 in downtown Port Perry, Ontario, on the shores of Lake Scugog. The show is free for spectators and has only a modest fee for entrants, but the organizers will be collecting Christmas Toys and cash donations as part of CTV television’s Toy Mountain program with Tom Brown. Donations of cash and toys will be accepted at the Administration Booth on show day.
The Revival will celebrate the day with “one minute of noise” at 12:30 p.m., as all cars will be fired up and fill the air with the sound of their engines. That will be followed at 2 p.m. by presentation of the British Dress Awards, as visitors are encouraged to attend the event “in costume.” For more complete information please visit http://mowoguniversity.com/brits-on-the-lake-classic-motoring-revival.html
