Masterpiece London announced Fiskens and Coys joined the line-up of classic car specialists, with Coys presenting a 1932 Bugatti Type 51 Grand Prix that was raced in period by driver Jean Pierre Wimille.
Another highlight will be classic cars from Fiskens, including cars such as a French Blue Aston Martin DB4 GT, which competed in period at events such as the Rally de Geneva, St-Ursanne-les Rangiers and Mitholz-kandersteg hill climbs.
Masterpiece London is a new event concept designed to present leading dealers who will showcase the fine and decorative arts, contemporary design, fine wine, classic cars, jewelery and other premium collectors’ items. The Bugatti and the Aston Martin form part of a procession of masterpieces at the Fair. Exquisite pieces from the diverse worlds of arms and armour, contemporary furniture, antiquities, clocks, ceramics, haute couture, watches, fine antique jewellery, textiles, rare antique books, paintings, modern works of art and other objets d’art will also appear.

Masterpiece London opens Thursday, 24 June from 11am – 6pm and Friday, 25 June to Tuesday, 29 June from 11am – 8pm. The event will take place opposite the Royal Hospital Chelsea at the location of the former Chelsea Barracks, Chelsea Bridge Road, SW1.
