A 1969 Maserati Ghibli 4.9 Spyder took top honors for the highest sale price at last week’s Mecum Kissimmee Auction in Florida. The yellow 330-horsepower DOHC V8-powered Italian Spyder drew a top bid of $920,000, handily outpacing the field of mostly American muscle cars led by a 1967 Corvette that sold for $775,000.
