Classic car enthusiasts are set to descend on the Motor City this weekend for the return of the long-standing Meadow Brook vintage car weekend tradition, July 23 – 25, 2010.
Held on the estate grounds of Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester, Michigan, the annual motoring weekend is a highlight of the collector car calendar, combining RM Auctions’ Vintage Motor Cars of Meadow Brook event with the renowned Concours d’Elegance of America at Meadow Brook.

Kelleher continued, “The clients who traditionally join us at this venue have an affinity for American classics, and this year’s offering features a wonderful assortment of some of the finest examples in existence, including a great series of Michigan-built automobiles, such as the 1953 Chrysler “Thomas Special”, a Virgil Exner -design masterpiece and a wonderful example of Chrysler’s “Dream Cars” of the 1950s.”
Celebrating its 16th year, the Vintage Motor Cars of Meadow Brook auction features some 100 automobiles, highlighted by the one-off 1953 Chrysler “Thomas Special” Coupe with coachwork by Ghia, 1935 Packard Twelve Convertible Sedan, 1931 Chrysler CG Imperial Roadster Convertible, 1930 Cadillac V16 Roadster, 1929 Duesenberg Model J Convertible Sedan with coachwork by Murphy and an 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Henley Roadster.
