The Masters has announced new dates for its rescheduled events at Donington and Brands Hatch.
The Masters Historic Race Weekend at Donington Park will now take place on July 18/19, shortly followed by the Masters Historic Festival at Brands Hatch on August 22/23. Unfortunately, at the moment both events will take place behind closed doors so fans and spectators won’t be able to come and enjoy the racing.
DONINGTON PARK – JULY 18/19
Donington Park will now be the start of the Masters 2020 race season and will also now welcome the opening rounds of the 2020 FIA Historic Championships for Historic Formula One and Historic Sports Cars. Also, the Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends will form part of the jam-packed line-up for this race weekend.
The New Donington Race line up is:
- FIA Masters Historic Formula One
- FIA Masters Historic Sports Cars
- Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends
- Gentlemen Drivers
- Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars
- Masters Pre-66 Minis
- F1 Demo sessions
BRANDS HATCH – AUGUST 22/23
The Masters Historic Festival on the Brands Hatch GP Circuit is always a relaxed, fun weekend of historic racing. As well as the four normal Masters grids, organizers will be adding in a Pre-66 Mini-Only race into the mix and there is the added benefit of a Friday Test Day on the GP Circuit now too.
The new Brands Hatch race line up will look like:
- Masters Historic Formula One
- Masters Historic Sports Cars
- Gentlemen Drivers
- Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars
- Masters Pre-66 Minis
- F1 Demo sessions
If you had already entered either the Donington or Brands Hatch races before their postponement, then Masters will automatically transfer your entry to the new dates. For more information visit mastershistoricracing.com
