The 11th annual Salon Privé Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance, set for Thursday September 1 at Blenheim Palace, has announced three exciting new entries, including a multi-award-winning, Pininfarina-bodied Maserati A6 GCS Berlinetta (above, photo courtesy of Salon Privé), the third of four ever made, and the only one remaining in authentic condition, a 1957 BMW 507, entered by BMW UK from its Heritage Fleet, and an ex-Rothschild 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spider, one of only 18 European-sped examples produced.
The Concours, which will showcase an awe-inspiring collection of rare and valuable classic cars and motorcycles, is to be hosted by veteran auctioneer Max Girardo, and can boast five-time Le Mans winner Derek Bell MBE as its chief judge.
