As a follower of hyperrealism—a genre of art similar to photorealism—Henry has produced a high-definition body of work, as evidenced by this painting of a classic 427 Cobra. This particular artistic style involves a fascination with and study of reflective surfaces, and her continued work led to Henry becoming an official member of the Auto Club Artists. She paints old and new vehicles, race or prestige, paying particular detail to the reflections found in the paintwork of the gleaming cars and engines, so that each painting is built around a simple phrase: “When realism becomes an art!”
